Hey Guys… I just wanted to thank you for everything that Travis & Doug did yesterday. It truely was a smooth process and I was impressed by the way things went. Please make sure that they both know that I really appreciate everything they did. Also if you could let them know that I was able to convert my on hold message from a .wav file to a .mp3 and that it is now working!!
